Butter stamps & curlers

Decorating butter with flowers, leaves or fruit adds a beautiful touch to any table. Using beautiful antique and vintage carved butter stamps, moulds or wheels made from sycamore and other woods is simple with cooled butter.

Our selection comprises rotary butter wheels, small two piece stamps, larger one piece ones and a huge one portraying the emblem of every sophisticated Victorian table - the pineapple. Scroll through our photo gallery for more.

By the mid-century, Nutbrown, Tala and Skyline had modernised the process of producing decorative butter for the table with their butter curlers and butter pat makers with their familiar brightly coloured handles. These provided portion sized nuggets of butter to be placed in shallow dishes.
