Butter churns
Most of our vintage butter churns are bought for dispay in traditional period kitchens, but if you plan to make your own butter any one of these will do the job splendidly.
On a grand scale a table top box or barrel churn made from elm or pine would have produced enough butter for a country house household.
For smaller quantities the Blow butter churn made from glass and cast iron or aluminium is ideal. Homemade butter can be shaped and decorated with our Butter pats, prints & curlers
