Terms and conditions

Your order and credit/debit card details will be validated before your order will have been deemed to have been accepted. Once this has happened you will received an email to the email address supplied during check out or associated with your Vintage Kitchen Store account.

Payment will be debited from your card before dispatch of your purchase.

We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

All our merchandise is supplied as pre-used and can be expected to show the appropriate signs of wear and tear relative to its age. Some items may be unused, but the majority are used.

All our prices are in UK pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where appropriate.

Customers have the right to cancel within 14 days. Please go to our Delivery & returns page.
