The Working Kitchen evokes a strong seventies theme with its brown, orange and beige plastic storage containers and utensils.
The only place where the Working Kitchen could be found was the Timothy White chain: Later taken over by Boots, this range put the fun in funky with its great children's jelly moulds and bobble-topped storage canisters and cake boxes.
With orange, brown and beige a popular seventies colour combo, many people would mix 'n' match the colours. Lots of items retain the brown and beige labels with the on-trend Frankfurter typeface.
Later the company introduced the range in bright red and yellow.
