Pastry flans can be made in our vintage tins or with an old-fashioned flan ring on a baking tray: Plain or fluted, large or small.
For sponge flans, we have those special tins which give you the indentation for all that lovely fruit. Tala made both large and individual ones, and Greens were keen to promote their sponge mixes with their little tins.
For deeper flans and pies we have a selection of tins, and if you want to make a tradional pork pie then we have the bottomless tins in all sizes.
For individual tarts we have plain and fluted tart tins in a number of sizes, and boat and cream horn moulds.
